Recipe : Vermicelli Napoli Style

Vermicelli Napoli Style
- 350g/12oz Vermicelli
- 4-5 Ripe tomatoes
- 1 Clove garlic
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
First saute the crushed garlic in a skillet with 5-6 tablespoons olive oil.
Remove the garlic as soon as it starts to brown and tomatoes, cut into chunks.
Salt and pepper to taste and let the tomatoes simmer for about minutes.
Cook the pasta al dente, drain, put into a serving bowl and dress with tomato sauce.
Add a generous sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese and garnish the plates with fresh marjoram leaves.
